We have worked on numerous transactions: he has managed due diligence projects and prepared reports, drafted company purchase agreements and conducted negotiations together with me. He also worked intensively in international commercial law, drafting and reviewing supply contracts, cooperation agreements, joint venture agreements – everything you need for cross-border trade.
